Include the following for fast service
- Billing name or name given to PayPal
- Order Date
- Explain in detail what your problem was. Example: Wrong color, wrong size, missing shirts
Hey, remember that awesome plan we had to have everyone’s shirts delivered to them? Well, our supplier had a different plan and thanks to a warehouse error all the shirts were shipped to one person. That’s right, one guy had 3,ooo shirts delivered to his house. That’s great for that one person (illustrated below), but it’s a little bit of a pain for the rest of us.
So what’s going on now? Don’t worry, everyone will be getting their shirts because we worked something out. Eastbay is going to hand out all the shirts. You will get a call or e-mail on Friday and Saturday instructing you to pick up your shirts. We are deeply sorry about this and are extremely upset about such a ridiculous mistake. All shipping will be reimbursed and free hand jibbers will given out at a booth on Main Street.
If you ordered your shirts after October 2nd, and were already planning on picking up your shirts, nothing has changed. You will still be picking up your shirts at Satori Imports after you are contacted.
If you ordered on or before October 2nd your shirts are being shipped to the delivery address specified on your order. Those shirts should arrive on Thursday and Friday (October 6th & 7th). SEE POST ABOVE
Shirt Pick UP
If you ordered after October 2nd you will be notified via e-mail or phone when your shirts are ready for pick up at Satori Imports during normal store hours. Located at 411 N. Main Street, Store hours: Monday – Friday 10 to 8, Saturday 8 to 8.
